What you do, who you want walking through the door, and anything you already have — a logo, photos, an old site. Fifteen minutes is usually enough.
I send back a real page, not a mockup
Usually the next day. You look at it on your own phone, in your own hand, before you pay anything.
You tell me what's wrong with it
This part matters more than the first draft. Colours, wording, the photo you hate — say it plainly, I'll change it. Nobody gets it right the first time.
It goes live, and it stays cheap
Domain and hosting in your name, roughly $20 a year, paid to the registrar — not to me. Need a change later? Send a message.

Why is this so much cheaper than the quotes I've had?
No office, no sales team, no project manager, and no monthly retainer to justify. Hosting for a site this size is genuinely free or close to it — most agencies charge you $50 a month for it anyway. I'd rather charge once and be straight with you.
Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. The domain is registered in your name, on your account. If you ever want to walk away or hand it to someone else, you take the whole thing with you. Nothing is held hostage.
What if I don't like it?
You see a working page before you pay. If it isn't right, tell me what's wrong and I'll redo it. If it's still not right, you don't pay and we shake hands.
Really 48 hours?
For a Starter site, yes — that's the normal case, not a stunt. Bigger builds take longer and I'll give you a date before starting. If I'm going to miss it, you'll hear it from me first, not after.
What happens after it's live?
Send a message when something needs changing. Small edits are part of the deal — I'm not going to invoice you for a phone number change.
